If you need to return a product to Boatgear Marine Wholesale, please read the conditions below and complete our Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you with the next steps.

Important information – returns policy

• Special Order items can only be returned for warranty purposes. We do not accept Special Order items for change-of-mind or general returns.
• A valid copy of the original invoice must accompany the product when you send it back.
• Returned items must include all original components, sub-parts, attachments, accessories, and documentation (including manuals). Returns that are incomplete or not in new, saleable condition will not be accepted.
• Boatgear Marine Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returned goods that do not meet our return conditions, or to apply a restocking fee starting from 15%.
• For non-warranty returns, items received more than 30 days after the date of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee.

Complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation form using the most accurate information available to you. Please do not send goods back until you have received confirmation from our team.
