Description
Detachable water ski pole, exclusive to Boatgear.
The base has a spring-loaded quick release pin for easy pole removal.
51mm diameter x 1.2 metres long. Polished stainless steel.
SK71 – standard pole, 1.5mm wall thickness, should be used for a single skier.
SK72 – heavy duty pole, 2mm wall thickness, can be used for twin skiers, sea biscuits & wake boards (beginner level).
SK71 & SK72 include a U bolt bracket (SK87). Collars prevent U bolt from clamping hard up, thus allowing fast pole removal.
SK81090 – specifically for Stabicraft.
SK76 (standard) and SK77 (heavy duty) include a rectangular flat plate (SK88) for thru-deck mounting.
The top mounting bracket or plate must be located no lower than 48cm from the top of the pole.
SK82V (heavy duty) has a conventional single top vertical D loop rather than the double loops shown.
U bolt maximum mounting thickness – SK87 is 35mm, SK87L is 150mm.
The standard top plate (SK88) is flat, the SK89 includes a 20mm sleeve/collar underneath which fits into the mounting hole, cut in the boat, concealing its edge.
