TEMO has quickly become the most recognised manufacturer of electric boat propulsion due to the highly-regarded TEMO 450. Now the range is extended with the addition of the TEMO 1000.
TEMO 450
The TEMO 450 is light, reliable and unique, with an ergonomic design that combines motor, battery and control unit. It weighs less than 5kg and runs for 80 minutes at cruising speed. It has built in lithium batteries that you can recharge from 220v or 12v.
The unit can telescope from 130cm to 170cm, all while maintaining an IP67 waterproof rating.
It has a progressive trigger for complete control of speed from the 450w brushless motor, plus both forward and reverse propulsion.
Safety is ensured by use of a magnetic safety cutout device, similar to the outboard kill switch you are familiar with.
Easily mounted using the included rowlock pin fitting.
There is a full range of accessories, from security to spare parts, also available.
Made in France.
It has a thrust equivalent of 3 well trained rowers.
The Temo 1000
Portable, silent, powerful, and with an interchangeable battery system, the TEMO·1000 electric outboard motor is the ideal means of propulsion for larger tenders and/or small sailboats up to 8 metres long. This innovative, ergonomic motor, designed like a rudder blade, lets you take to the open water with ease, all while respecting the environment!
It has a weight of just 16 kg including the 6 kg removable battery, and has a static thrust of 27 kg (the equivalent of a 3HP regular outboard).
The running time is approximately 50 minutes.
Thanks to its discreet 360° rotating bracket, the TEMO·1000 installs effortlessly on your boat in just a matter of seconds. Its ingenious mounting system allows the motor to be raised several notches to accommodate shallow-draught boats, and also to rotate completely on itself so it can be stowed safely inside the boat.
